CARDINALS DETENTION CENTRE
Holding station for perpetrators of serious crimes, including those specifically directed against the Order of Omicron, it was built in 536 LC to replace the Prison of the Penitents after that was burned down by an angry mob during a series of riots revolting against harsher sentences brought in by Urellian, then Lord of the College of Armaments. Lord Urellian was killed shortly before completion, to be succeeded by Lord Rynell. |
