DEEVAN
Known as Commander Deevan, he is the leader of a deadly band of mercenaries. During factional conflicts arising after the reforms of Wrenis, Deevan claimed responsibility for the massacre of a number of cardinals and their collective entourage while on the road to the city of Corianth in 524 LC. Later captured and sentenced to hang, Deevan was freed from the gallows by persons unknown while others hung in his guise.
The twins Darrion and Eirron hire Deevan and his men to bring them the heads of the main characters after discovering their part in Amberlin's schemes and actions. Deevan makes good on his employer's requests, and collects three heads before explosive events suspends his work. |
