Chief-General Galadon Inipios Merceyer is the incompetent official head of the Emperors Guard. Plagued by the loneliness of his position, Galadon has taken to drinking frequently, though he is rarely perceivably drunk. He also fashions his time with pots of tea and hot tea cakes, many of which are provided for by Captain Linios, who also supplies pornographic literature to relieve his boredom. |
