Perpetual seat of the kings of Eiom, it is a large hill upon which the king's residence was built. The Sea of Iscal breaks upon one side, the River Induin flows by another, with the city spread about the other sides. It was later renamed the Emperors Rock by Sephas when he conquered Eiom.
