PHENOS
Name given to a tribal people inhabiting the colder forests stretching north from the upper eastern fringes of the Corianth Empire. Groups have made periodic incursions into the empire throughout history, seeking to plunder riches, or else drawn to its fertility, especially during the early second century when many were displaced by the expanding Aremian Ikhenerata. |
